The time frame from your parcel being sent back to being processed will be within 7-10 working days. Should you not hear from us in this timeframe please contact our customer care email ([email protected]) and the team will chase the matter and update you accordingly. Please ensure you retain proof of postage return for future reference and include this in any correspondence along with full name and order number when making contact. Please note we can only process your returns once your products have returned to site. Failure to provide proof will stop us from processing the return in the event of lost items.
